Job Title : Developer Full Stack Senior
Locations:. Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Job Description:
Must Have Qualifications: JDK ver.17, Spring Boot 3.x, Restful services concepts and implementation, Angular 17 (okay with 15), Database – MongoDB and Postgres, S3 Bucket, AWS cloud Knowledge
Preferred: Kafka
Notes:
- The candidate must have experience in JDK ver17 and Java_J2EE design patterns. The team will migrate to JDK ver21 shortly. On the front end, the team uses Angular ver15 and will be migrating to ver17 shortly.
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes are required for this role.
- Experience in Kafka is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 6+ years of experience developing front end & orchestration layers’ technologies: Java Spring Boot, Angular/React/Vue, Node JS, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, and CSS.
- Proven understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers, caching, application servers, & load balancers.
- Hands-on experience on multiple technologies such as: Java/J2EE & middleware (WebLogic, Apache, Spring Boot, etc.) technologies in UNIX environment and Scripting languages such as UNIX Shell.
Daily Job Activities:
- Participating in all Agile ceremonies.
- Follow 2 week sprint:
- Completion of user stories
- Demo to PO
- Peer code review
- Technical Design as an when required.
- Developing both Restful Services and Angular Components.
- Working with infrastructure team for environment setup.
- Application trouble shooting and providing solution(s).
